Chicken breasts with Black Truffles
(for 2 people)
2 chicken breasts not too thin
30 grams of black truffles

Fish fillets with black truffles
(for 4 people)
90 g sliced or finely sliced black truffle
4 fish fillets
40 g butter
200 ml cream
50 ml olive oil
100 ml of white wine
